Bursts of colorful marine life decorations are carried throughout. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fresh white cabinets a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans, dishes, cookware and utensils to meet your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6 to enjoy your meals or a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for four at the open bar. The living room has plenty of seating with a couch and two matching accent chairs to watch movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) comprised of a King size bed, nightstands, a dresser for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV and a reading area in the large window with natural lighting. The ensuite bathroom consists of a granite vanity and a tile tub/shower. The first guest bedroom (BR2) is outfitted with a Full bed. wall-mounted TV, nightstands, closet and reading area. For your convenience, the full-size stacked washer and dryer are located in the hall. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is appointed with two Full beds, TV, chest, nightstand, closet and an area for reading. Both guest rooms share a bathroom situated at the end of the hall furnished with a granite vanity and tile tub/shower unit. View the Gulf from the private balcony in the sea air with your morning coffee, take advantage of the boardwalk to the beach over the dunes which is just steps away from the unit or cool off after a day at the beach in the shared pool. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. Bring the family for a vacation to remember.
