Located in town, it is within walking distance to the Community Pool, park with a playground, and 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and a quick 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Rockin' Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching armchairs are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable; one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accents on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel, or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, a closet, and a luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, a chest, a closet, and an armchair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet, and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting, and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand backyard and enjoy the beautiful private pool—ample parking for 2 vehicles and boat/watercraft. Bedrooms: BR1-Queen BR2- Twin over Full Bunk Bed, Twin w/ a Twin Trundle BR3-King Living Room: Sleeper Sofa Things to know: Private Pool- The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay. Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied. Golf Cart Included for the entire stay, Short Term Rentals Only, Subject to a $10.00 fuel charge. Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in. Pet Friendly $95 Pet fee, per pet, limit ​​​​​​​Charcoal Grill- Please provide your own charcoal. Please bring coffee and filters. Washer/Dryer- Laundry detergent not provided. Beach Towels not provided. Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish. Parking for 3 vehicles. Boat parking is allowed in driveway only. No parking in the street. Construction is a constant in Port Aransas.
